Arthur, I have something that can do that for you.  It was written many years 
ago by a local fellow.
 LOG100.ZIP  10K 02-25-89  LOG v1.00 - Create custom log entries. Maintains
                           the log file format of Maximus, Opus, Fido,
                           BinkleyTerm, etc.
