You betcha.  It's the SELECT statement.
From the OS/2 Procedures Language 2/REXX reference manual is the following.

Select
   when balance > 0 then

   when balance = then do

            say 'blah blah blah'
            end
   otherwise
            say 'blah blah blah'
            say 'blah blah blah'
            say 'blah blah blah'
end
