Mark is right, but for future reference these are the details:

Has the latest shareware release (1.60) by the original author (it's his
website), from 2001.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/fmail/

Has the gpl versions by myself, from 2008 untill now.

The latest gpl version runs on "all" Windows 32 and 64 bit versions.
The original shareware version doesn't work on 64 bit versions, but there
are DOS, DOS/386, DPMI, WIN32 and OS2 versions...
