Yes, that's also explained on the Unofficial Netscape/2 Web page.  I added 
the parameter some time ago - so to be absolutely correct I should probably 
have said Netscape/2 3.0 really sucks and it's available now.

I can easily live without the bells and whistles (and frames, 
thankyouverymuch).  What I want is something that doesn't crash every ten 
minutes or so. Hopefully, the folk at Netscape will be able to do something 
with the 175k POPUPLOG.OS2 I have collected.
