"RN>" double-sided format while preserving page order?  Without
"RN>" any 3rd party software?  That's something I'd like to see.
Well, not exactly sure what you mean by the 2-up, but if you like I'll send 
you a copy of the last book we did if you'll tell me where I can upload the 
file to so that you will get it.
