Hmm, I should browse Microsoft's WWW page and FTP site someday and see
if I can find tech notes, or even document's, describing every
single win.ini and system.ini command for WFWG 3.11 only.

I believe the ComnTXSIZE and ComnRXSIZE was for Window's 3.1 only, while
COMnRxTRIGGER, and presumably COMnTxTrigger as well, is for WFWG 3.11
and WIN95. Because I do remember having problem's with overrun's when I had
used ComnTXSIZE and ComnRXSIZE in WFWG occasionally,  but when
I changed it to COM2RxTrigger=8, then that solved the problem.
