I've submitted the patch summer last year ;) And I think I've missed to add
the -nosbkeepAll switch to the documentation.

Could someone with write access to the repo please add following in
fidoconf/doc/fidoconfig.texi just below the lines for -sbkeepAll:

{at}item -nosbkeepAll
Disable -sbkeepAll if enabled by {at}code{EchoAreaDefaults} for example.
