Don't bother, you really can do it yourself. The hd takes two cables, of
which one is power and other is the actual data cable, and you can't mix
them, they're not even close to being similar. And, neither of the two will
go fit the wrong way.

(when the tech gets there, take the old drive and and say like you were
just thinking out loud "so if I were to plug this in, I would probably
put that cable here..." - he can't resist setting you straight if you
hold the wrong cable, and if you have the right one then good for you  ;-)
