No! I think it will very more 10. As I counted (for project purpose, not
real make) - we need minimum 30 regions, maximum - 90 (but this number is
doubtful).
R50 have near 4800 nodes, so one region may have 100 nodes - total 48 regions!
But because certain networks are very lagre (5020 have almost 900 nodes,
5030 - 500 nodes!), and certain networks are small, - real counts of
regions will definite later.

What do you read about "quota for count of RCs in Zone"? It is
nonsense IMHO...
