subject: Unique Filenames

Hello there!

I have a feeling this has been asked/explained before, but anyway....

How can I create a file with a unique filename under OS/2? I've looked
through the Control Programming reference (including a search on 'unique')
but I can't seem to find anything.

Is there an easy way to do this under OS/2, or do you have to write your
own algorithm to do it (I know it's not very hard, but if I don't have to,
I don't want to).

Thanks in advance.

bcnu,

Richard.
