No, there can be any number (probably 2 or 3) of unplugged power cables,
but you can take any one of those and stick it into a hd, they all carry
the same power (the ones that are of the same size/shape).

There probably won't be any IDE cables unplugged at all, but those you can
get from the tech guy when he arrives (he should be carrying a few, as they
usually come with the drives) - all you need to do is find one that is
already in the box that looks exactly the same, and goes from the
motherboard to the existing hd, and right beside where it connects to the
motherboard is an empty connector - stick one end of the IDE cable there,
and the other end to the hd.

If it's no go, post here - there can be some jumpers to set, but they are
easy, too, they can usually be in two or three positions, and you won't
break anything if they're wrong.
