At this point, I really don't care.  I am fully aware of just exactly
when the pain in my right knee became intense and almost unbearable, and
exactly what I did that got it that way.
I am also fully aware of the things that I eat that make it hurt like
hell the next day.
One naturopathic doctor understood what I was saying but didn't provide
the relief I need.  There are still things out there that I crave that I
am allergic to.
Just be very glad you don't have food allergies.  It really is only
those of us who do have them who are very concerned about them.
