   Information about it is listed in the Elist for all to see if they
   care to:
IC
     Communmications between the IC and Fidonet membership
          The IC echo will provide a communications link between the
          International Coordinator and Fidonet members. Topicality is
          based soley on messages that are between the IC and members.


   It has been so for a number of years.  Nothing changed when the new
   IC was elected, except for the listed moderator of the echo.
