Do you know when  the 1998 Radio Shack Catalog will be in their stores ?
If the Radio Shack  PRO-90 SCANNER uses individual AA batteries, rather
than a battery pack, this will be an advantage and allow easy
replacement of any weak batteries. Uniden uses a Ni-Cad battery  pack
in their TT scanner which prevents the use of Individual Ni-Cad or
Alkaline  batteries.
