Hi Jeff,

What do you have your "INPUT TIMEOUT" set to in the MAX.CTL file? I
have mine set to three minutes. If no keyboard response from the remote user
occurs within three minutes, Maximus will drop the caller automatically.
Yours must be set to an extremely high number.
The other thing that can be done is put a "[MOREOFF]" at the start of
your BYEBYE.MEC file. This will do away with the "more" prompt. I add a
couple "[pause]" in place of the "enter" prompt in my BYEBYE.MEC file.
        Take care!
                                                Victor
P.S.
Humm, now that I think about it, maybe the "INPUT TIMEOUT" doesn't
work after they do a "Good-bye." However, the "[MOREOFF]" would have worked.
