Well... I got to tell you that you have set the program up wrong if you
are having those problems. I find TMW 1.10 works just fine, uploads at
1684cps on a 14.4 connection, and much faster on a 28.8 connection.
 
Now, there were problems with uploading in version 1.00, but the new
version has corrected them.
