Sorry for my poor English, first!
I argently need to switch the language, if multilaguage is installed and 
supported in Windows'95 or OSR-2, from D1 or D3. I mean when the user entered 
a form the keyboard switcher is setted to English or else. How could I do 
this. Is it possible, by API functions or else. If you know to how? please 
reply me. Thanx!
