PC> One thing worth noting is that KbdCharIn() is not window compatible. If by this you mean it can't be used in a VIO window on the desktop -- it can. Have several programs, both 16-bit and 32-bit, that do so. Give it a try. PC>What do you use to read the keyboard for a Vio program? getch()??? That'll work, too (calls KbdCharIn() under the covers in the runttime), and is probably a better idea for all but the smallest of utilities as it's more portable. --- XHEd-OS/2 1.22* Origin: The Pit (1:380/16) SEEN-BY: 105/42 620/243 711/401 409 410 413 430 807 808 809 934 955 712/407 SEEN-BY: 712/515 628 704 713/888 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 380/25 396/1 270/101 105/103 42 712/515 711/808 809 934 |
