Encoders arrived today in perfect shape!
 
Many thanks!!!  Now all I need are the rocks for the 440 HT and
I'll be all set!
 
BTW, I am considering finding/building a tripler to drive with the
2M HT to get on 440.  Any suggestions on where to find one or plans
to build one?

for building same.)
