subject: Hello!? (2/2)

with the provision if he so much as sniffed in a horses direction I was going
to threaten to drive off without him. (A lesson I taught him early by
whistle-calling while he was running loose and ignoring me in a pasture. No, I
never drove off, but I hid the instant he ignored me. ]|-)

He was happy as a clam, and I was rather pleased he didn't make one lunge
toward a horse. (They were out of his sight, but certainly not out of his
mind.) He knew there'd be a "Hey" command if he was even thinking about
mischief, and a "Lts-GO!" (as one syllable) if he was sneaking a little too
close to his play-things. He was running around for a good twenty minutes, all
the while, I had to keep an eagle eye on him. (Sneaky bugger tried everything
he could to get close to those horses.)

But an ex-neighbour in this city had an American Pit-Black Lab cross, that used
to bully himself all over the block. I think I could have dominated him, (A bet
I'm glad I never had to test.) BUT WHAT THE HEY!!! You bloody idiots!

WC> I can't think of a phoenetic for Spanky's command but it works.

As long as it works, it's the right one. I picked up the ability to whistle in
two tones from a movie once. That's pretty handy to "Gee... This guy is even
superior to *my* boss!"

-> WC> Right now I'm looking at Spanky taking me for my theraputic
-> WC> walk in about an hour.

-> Give him a wink for me?

WC> Do better than that, it's time for his morning turkey neck :-)

THAT'S my style! ROTF

Top of the day to you both!
