Title: Fresh Salsa/Totally Tomato Cookbook
Categories: Salsa
Yield: 4 Cups
3 lg Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 ea Red onion, diced
2 ea Serrano or jalapeno peppers
-stemmed and finely diced
-with seeds
1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro
2 tb Lime juice
1/4 ts Salt
x Optional: liquid hot pepper
-sauce to taste
MMMMM------------------------PREPARATION-----------------------------
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for
seasonings. Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in
refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.

3 ea Medium tomatoes, seeded and
-chopped
1 ea Small green pepper, chopped
3 ea Cloves of garlic, finely
-chopped
1/2 c Sliced green onions
2 tb Fresh coriander, chopped
1 tb Jalapeno pepper, finely
-chopped
2 tb -to
3 tb Lime juice
1/4 ts Salt

Mix all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl. Cover and
refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
