I'm reasonably certain that there's never been an XMS 4.0, and hopefully
never will be either. XMS 3 added a couple of new functions to allow
access to more than 64 Megabytes of memory, but is otherwise pretty much
unchanged from XMS 2. The vast majority of programs that use XMS can do
perfectly well using only XMS 2 functions.
