  Well, here's how I have it setup... I have HSTag (another program) setup as 
an external protocol. I run that "protocol" before I get to the point "Begin 
your download" or whatever... That program will let me tag files & I have it 
put them in C:\BIN\SEND.LST. I run HS/Link like so:
HSLINK -R -O -K -S4096 -UE:\DOWNLOAD @C:\BIN\SEND.LST
so it'll upload any files in the C:\BIN\SEND.LST file. Laterz...
