You got both manual books? I was under the impression I couldn't get
them anywhere! I only have book 1...anyway, to answer your questions...

Have to do copy and paste from the menus. There is a scrapbook program
you can get off aol that only does text but allows drag and drop.

Not that I know of.

Control-Escape pops up the Express menu, and alt-escape works like it
does in Windows.
