Why the fuck would I want to write games for a dead machine Paul ? I can't say that I've ever seen Wizard of War. Is there a C=64 emulator that will run on a PC ? If you there is, can you attach it for me along with an executable of Wizard of War and any instructions that I may need to make it work. I don't want to have to stuff around to make the emulator work either. Just out of curiosity, is WoW a flat 2-D game like PacMan, Space Invaders etc, or is it a complex parallax scrolling 3-D thing ? I have a feeling that there is a large potential market which is being overlooked at the moment as everyone scrambles to create the next DOOM. Whilst being impressive at first, I do wonder about the time/reward ratio for developers of those things. They seem to take a lot to setup and learn from the users perspective as well. The older games whilst being simpler were more enjoyable to play in many ways. You didn't need to spend hours learning to master them and they provided good entertainment. You could play one for a few minutes and then turn if off without feeling that you didn't achieve anything. What are your thoughts on that side of things ?
