 - Re-write the startup code,  and certain required CRT functions
   like _chkstk().
 - Use \os2\link in place of the linker that came with QC.
 - QC will use the libraries (mlibcep.lib,  for example) from MSC 6
   without any changes I think,  which would save you a lot of time if
   you've got it.
