Binary Conference List

It's described in http://ftsc.org/docs/fsc-0057.003 paragraph 8e.

Afaik FMail is the only tosser that supports this though. But it works
nicely between FMail systems. I get for instance a weekly update of the
areas in the configuration of my FMail links. And this new function
generates a report of the received file, so I know if new areas are
available, or if there are areas removed...

Bye, Wilfred.
