      2 lg Tomatillos, husks removed,
           -minced
      1 lg Tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 lg Onion, peeled and minced
      3 ea -to
      4 ea Sprigs fresh cilantro
      2 ea Cloves garlic, minced
      1 ea Hot chili pepper, minced
        x  Optional: 1/2 avocado,
           -peeled and minced
        x  Salt to taste

  Combine ingredients, mixing well. Serve as a dip with chips or as a
  sauce for meat and tacos
