That's a good point (PCL3 with extensions but not quite PCL5)

The real pain is damn fool printers which say 'insert foolscap now!' and then
hang until you do!

A4 is wider, but shorter than foolscap, so we're both stuffed by that one.

The WORST is manuals that print out with the text on one page, and the
page number on the next, all the way through 450 pages (and you don't
know cos its a network printer two buildings away).
