Hej All
I'm seeking recipes for pan-fried liver.
In my country it is tradition to serve liver with brown sauce, onions and
potatoes. This is OK but very boring.
I want to slice the liver in stribes and spice it somehow, and fry it with
some vegetables. No fat sauce. No potatoes. Maybe served with rice or white
bread.
Any suggestions?
