Where do they get their priorities?

I did a google search and found Harry's Homebrew page with a link
to a web ring that I must follow up.
And when I have more time I'll do another search and probably
find some more.
But I still have to go through the old Electronics Australia
magazines to see whether it was in one of the issues that I saw
these sites first mentioned. All I can remember was that it was
several years ago, if I'm not confusing it with another article
with a list of quite different sites...
