  Query the window position and size into a SWP, and save the contents
  of the SWP to an INI file using the PrfXXX functions.

  Don't use WinSaveWindowPos, because it saves to \OS2\OS2.INI.  Really
  you should only use that for your application's top-level windows, if
  you use it at all.

  Writing stuff to OS2.INI should be avoided as a matter of good
  citizenship.  You should only really ever need *one* entry in OS2.INI,
  which is a pointer to your application's private INI file (which you
  don't even need if you rely on your app's private INI file being on
  the DPATH).
