  "They" is a big word.   I notice only a couple of people who are doing
  that -- and would easily suspect that they are doing it strictly to
  jerk on your chain and aggravate you.  The same is true in the other
  direction -- the number of people who are baiting the zone 1 folks is
  really a fairly small number (and you know who your companions in that
  are) and one could also justifiably suspect it is being done for spite
  in the same way.

  Doesn't make it the right thing to do in either case, nor does one
  action justify the other.
