And that's really kind of the point, not whether or not what he says is
true but how MS is being seen by their customers. I too found a lot of that
post could have come from my lips.

In the last few days I've found the MS website to be screwing up a lot. I
go to look something up and the text size changes to huge or the frames
break and I end up with just the left frame centered in my browser. When
this happens I don't even have the option to view their site with a
different browser because it doesn't work very well with anything but IE.
