 I beg to differ Jane.  As you should, but probably don't, recall
 chapter and verse on a number of studies debunking diet have been
 provided to you.  That you choose to pooh-pooh them is your problem.
 The opinions of your correspondents carry no credibility unless they
 have appeared in a peer reviewed journal.
