Finding a cause for the cerebral reactions is both time consuming and
important.  One cannot just do a blood or scratch test.  There are
several good books out now that are easy to understand and I would
suggest that you find and read some of them.
I had no idea when I was a lot younger that my food allergies would rise
up and kick me in the teeth once I reached 60.  This is something that
most health professionals don't know anything about or at best, they
tell people it is all in the head.  It is, but not for the reasons they
say it is.
