subject: Queue question

I am writing a small utility that uses multilple threads. I have used
multiple queues so that each thread can send necessary information to
other threads. None of the queue write/reads uses an event semaphore.
However, while examining the possibility of using event semaphores I
noticed that the way the technical manual reads, if I use one event
semaphore for one queue, I MUST use the same semaphore for all other
queues.

Am I reading this correctly?
