It reloaded in both cases, and then shortly after, crashed.  As for the log
file, that was days ago, I would have to know what day it was   Our DST
change was in March.  I know it is supposed to reload.  The different binary
did not crash when I manually loaded a new include file.  It simply reloaded,
and kept on going.
