Hi John
I uploaded a file called QSTMORSE.ZIP. (It was originally called
MORSE.ZIP but this name was taken by a old Commodore program still
on the BBS. This software is for the Taggart article in this
month's QST for  a simple CW decoder. It came from Taggart's BBS
in Michigan. Hope you can find it and add it to the list.
It looks like RBBS 17.5 still needs a little fine tuning. I
am helping a friend on a small BBS using 17.4 and it is a lot
of work. You have my sympathy !!!!!!!
