According to a biologist friend of mine lake trout are not trout at all, but 
actually a variety of char.  This is what he tells me anyhow but I have also 
known him to BS me so ...  ;)

Replace the rum with single malt scotch and I'm there man (I am partial to 12 
year old Glenlivit but hey ... intice me)!  Heh, heh.

Beats the heck out of most of the home pages I have seen.  Haven't done the
