I think (BICBW) the UK CAA banned spinning in Tomahawks after several
fatal crashes at UK flying schools. Certainly, you don't see them
around here much. I was told it was something to do with the high-
mounted elevator (stabilator in American, I think) getting into the
lee of the wing and losing control authority.
