How the heck can I,  in r12,  either join together or extend 2 3d 
surfaces  to  each other ?  What I'm trying to do right now would 
be similar to drawing a "T" shaped connection out of  pipe.  This 
"T" connection,  BTW,  would probably end up with a radius at the 
connection later.
