I'll check it out by listening Brian. As you know we're in the middle of a 
sunspot trough. I'm surprised anything higher than 15MHz propagates more than 
a few bouncers these days. At times Radio Nederland from Bonaire on 9720 & 
9700 at 0730 UT is quite poor. Usually quite good.
I don't know why stations like Voice of Russia beam to Australia on 
frequecies above 15MHz they're only just audiable at the best of times at 
this moment in the solar cycle. Cheers.
