Thanks for the info, Dave. A friend of mine who shoots 3-weapon events
swears by the BRI-style slugs; much more accurate and seem to hold their
energy better than standard slugs. He says that cleaning pins off the table
at 50 yards is a piece of cake if you do your part. Also claims to group
about 5-6" at 100 yards. I remember seeing a bunch being made at a local
machine shop that makes high volume bullet and slug casting machines (Magma
Engineering, Queen Creek, AZ) that were supposedly going to the LAPD for
their SWAT teams to use. Pretty nifty stuff. :-)
