Is there a need?  I read every message in this echo, and have snipped a few
code fragments here and there that look interesting.

I don't mind storing things that I see and calling it snippets/2 :-)  My
problem would be that I don't have a vast knowledge of programming, so I
may include something erroneous.

If there is a concensus, I will formally start something.  Objections?
