No FAQs that I know of.

I've had no desire or need to set this up but it should be
fairly easy to work around.
Assuming a basic Internet transport (ie Irex) that's half
the work.
Take a look at command.ref there is your clues how to get
it and using the user account. I assume you'll have to
make the account in TG but I'm not sure.
So with all that it should be easy to write up some batch
files to moe the uatomated download packets to some dir
and then use irex to transport.
