I don't know about the pay, but he's chief executive of a small
building society. He does get home to socialise and sleep and see his
family, but I suspect his work time is pretty full (and extends into

I heard of one guy who booked 169 hours one week. When the accountant
queried it he pointed out it was the summertime changeover week
(autumn). He was working on a priority project where they were paid
for all time on site, sleeping facilities were provided, and he hadn't
been home at all...
