All I do is deal with trucks. "Delivery" is a term used for consumer
delivery vehicles, such as those I described before.
A bulk vehicle is just exactly that, a bulk carrier that carries the
product to a distribution point, where the product is then distributed
to smaller delivery vehicles. And the vast majority of them are not "18
wheelers" they are 8 and 9 axle combinations, such as those operated by
Mountain States, PTI and Suburban.
