Grin, I started feeding my first point node in 1989.  We both applied at the
same time and mine came in (sort of) first, so I added him to a local 202 echo.

Amusingly, my node number doesnt show (had to use .999 nodelists forever) until
I think it's 1991.  Wild as I'd been a TG beta for 2 years by then.  They
finally fixed it when I was elected NET202 Cost Recovery Treasurer thereby to
handle about 3,000$ a quarter (obviously not something you pick an unknown,
unlisted sysop for!)
