Not for sure what your problem is with the downloads, but it sounds like
TMW is trying to just rename the files you try to download if they already
exist.  You can fix this by deleting the original file.

OK, I had the same problem once.  Check your flow control, and if you don't
have RTS/CTS set as your flow control, try changing it.  Don't understand
why this fixed mine, but it did.

No, I don't think they're bugs, just probably something set wrong in the
configuration.  Of course, I may be completely wrong also.  Let me know if
this works or not, OK?
